Iustitia Criminal Science does not charge any fees to authors at any stage of the publication process. From manuscript submission through peer review, editing, and final publication, authors incur no cost whatsoever.
The journal is committed to supporting the open and equitable dissemination of scholarship in criminal law and criminal justice. Accordingly, the following stages are provided free of charge to all authors, regardless of nationality or institutional affiliation:
- Submission Fee: No charge. Authors may submit a manuscript at no cost.
- Article Processing Charge (APC): No charge. There is no publication fee upon acceptance.
- Review Fee: No charge. The double-blind peer review process is provided free of charge.
- Editing and Formatting Fee: No charge. Copyediting, layout, and proofreading are covered by the journal.
- Publication Fee: No charge. Published articles incur no cost to the author(s).
This policy applies equally to all authors, whether affiliated with domestic or international institutions, and regardless of the number of authors on a manuscript. Iustitia Criminal Science does not require co-authorship with a specific number of institutions or countries as a condition of publication; acceptance is based solely on the scholarly merit of the manuscript, as evaluated through the journal's double-blind peer review process.
