Iustitia Criminal Science (ICS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published Biannually (January-June & July-December). The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarship in criminal law and criminal justice studies through doctrinal, socio-legal, comparative, and interdisciplinary approaches. Iustitia Criminal Science publishes original research articles, critical legal analyses, and empirical studies that examine the development of criminal law and law enforcement practices at both national and transnational levels. The journal welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and postgraduate scholars whose work offers theoretical or practical novelty and contributes meaningfully to criminal law policy, reform, and enforcement. Each submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by qualified reviewers in the relevant subfields of criminal law and criminology, in accordance with international standards of publication ethics. The journal is committed to maintaining editorial independence, originality, and academic integrity in every stage of the publication process. Iustitia Criminal Science is published in English and is intended to serve as a scholarly reference for the development of criminal law theory and practice, both within Indonesia and in the broader international academic community.(ISSN 3164-6816)

Iustitia Criminal Science examines the study of criminal law and criminal justice systems from doctrinal, socio-legal, and comparative perspectives — covering substantive and procedural criminal law, restorative justice, transnational and special criminal law, comparative legal pluralism, and the intersection of technology and human rights within criminal justice.
