Rights of Authors

Right of first publication
The author acknowledges that Societas Law Review holds the right of first publication of the work, under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
Separate distribution arrangements
Authors may enter into separate, non-exclusive arrangements for the distribution of the manuscript’s published version (for example, depositing it in an institutional repository or including it in a book), provided that they acknowledge that the manuscript was first published in Societas Law Review.
