Free Access for Readers

As an open-access journal, all content, including original research articles and conceptual analyses, is made available free of charge to readers. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of any article, or use it for any other lawful purpose, without prior registration and without requiring permission from the publisher or the author(s), subject to the terms of the license specified on the journal's Copyright and License page (Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International, CC BY-SA 4.0).

Free Publication for Authors

This policy applies equally to authors. As stated on the journal's Publication Fee page, Societas Law Review does not charge authors any fee at any stage of the publication process, from submission through to publication.
